ACADEMIC STUDIES

In our school, secondary school academic studies are planned and carried out over 40 lessons per week. The training process is full-time based and the training starts at 08.50 in the morning and is completed by 16.20 in the evening. Our students are supported in line with their needs by conducting studies on the subjects determined by their teachers before their written exams. One of the most important processes emphasized in secondary school academic practices is our understanding of discipline focused on bringing positive behavior to our students. Our students do not come to school on time, do not attend school except for very important situations such as health conditions, obey the dress code, not bring a mobile phone to the school, etc. practices are among the issues that we emphasize in our academic education processes. One of our main goals in the conduct of our academic education has internalized our national and moral values; To present a human type who has made this a behavior, adopted social goals, and to manage the process together by making our parents the supporters of this process.

FOREIGN LANGUAGE EDUCATION

The importance we attach to foreign language education in our school is concretized with foreign language-based education at the 5th grade. It is conducted by Turkish and foreign teachers in the form of reading-writing-speaking activities with 24 lessons per week, and a foreign language education that supports the development of English practice with various English activities is offered. In addition to English, 2 hours of basic German education is given in 5th, 6th and 7th grades.

LGS WORKS

Our students can be successful in high school; It is directly proportional to the strength of the basic education they received in the process starting from primary school and continuing with secondary school. Educational practices realized in Akdeniz Yükseliş Secondary School; As a basic principle, it aims to make our students successful in life. The curriculum system studies, which start with the "intensive English program" in the 5th grade of secondary school and continue in the 6th and 7th grades, regularly continue studies for the basic lessons, reading studies to improve the power of logic reasoning and interpretation, and library activities.

Our students who are in their 8th grade; It is a student who understands the logic of the exam with the education level they have received, and has achieved certain gains through regular assessment studies throughout the year. In order to strengthen the achievements of our students and to make them ready for the exam in the best way; Our LGS preparation process, which started with the "Camp Program" 30 days before the beginning of the academic year, continues regularly throughout the year.

The weekly achievements of the students are continuously evaluated with the trial exams applied regularly once a week since the school was opened.

On the issue that the exam processes do not create anxiety for our students, that our students are psychologically comfortable, and their motivation is high; Regular studies and follow-ups are carried out by our Psychological Counseling and Guidance service, and supportive activities are organized. With the "Examination Process Management and Motivation Seminars", students are informed about efficient study methods, test solving techniques, preparations before the exam and the points to be considered during the exam and necessary guidance.

No exam is more valuable than our child. In this context; Seminars are organized for our parents, and guiding “parent meetings” are held for the healthy development of our students who have gone through the examination process. We wish success to all our children on behalf of happy and beautiful days.
